April 19, 2021 – T1 Rentals continues its efforts to improve and enhance its customer service through its newly developed & launched customer satisfaction survey portal located in its official website.
This new “rate our service” page in the existing website offers a new means for new and old customers alike to provide their feedback and ratings for each equipment rental engagement / project. The company has developed its own customer satisfaction survey to continuously strive and provide the best equipment rental service experience possible to its clients, as well as quickly improve on its processes & services even further.
The platform is designed to provide customers a channel to rate and give feedback regarding their T1 Rentals account manager / representative who is assisting them, the operations and maintenance teams handling their project, implementation of health safety, environmental and quality protocols in the site, and their overall experience and ease of working with us.
Kevin Buenaseda, Marketing Head at T1 Rentals, explains the importance for such a platform and says: “It was created to ensure we are able to hear clear and honest feedback from our valued customers real time and more importantly give our customers an easy and user friendly interface which they can send their feedback through their smart phones or computers in the project site.”
He adds: “All feedback will be directly received by our management teams, namely Quality Management team, National Sales, as well as the individual Branch Heads who are all able to decisively attend to customer concerns and use these customer feedback information to further improve our services in the future.”
